Return

Our return policy is 30 days.
After 30 days of purchase, it is unfortunately not possible to request a refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Various types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or health products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some items for personal hygiene and health
To return, please present your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be issued (if applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, not due to our error.
* Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and verified the product to be returned, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed. In a few days and we will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method of purchase.
Refund late or not received (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank statement again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be released.
Then contact your bank. Generally, there is a processing time before a refund is posted.

Products on offer (if applicable)
You can only request a refund for regular priced products. Unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund of the goods on offer.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send an email to info@rotorscio37.it and send your product to:Via Rotorscio, 37, Ancona, 57, 60048, Italy.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift during the purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift card with the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail when we receive the returned product
If the product was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift recipient sent the product to himself to deliver it personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. That person will know that you have requested the return.

Transport

To return the product it is necessary to send it to:Via Rotorscio, 37, Ancona, 57, 60048, Italy.
You will be responsible for paying for the freight to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.
If you are shipping a product over € 75.00, consider a transport service with tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the returned product.
